Regular Membership is open to all that are serving or have served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, on active duty.-OR-are currently serving the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. -OR-that have served or currently serving as a U.S. Navy Corpsman. -OR-have served or are currently serving as a U.S. Navy Champlain and earned the FMF Badge serving with Marines.

Associate Membership is extended to anyone interested in supporting and contributing to the mission of the First State Detachment, MCL.
